Organization
RocketFuel uses a hierarchical structure to organize your work.
Hierarchy Overview

Section titled “Workspaces”A Workspace is the top-level container in RocketFuel. Think of it as a team or department.
- Each workspace has its own members and permissions
- Billing is handled at the workspace level
- You can be a member of multiple workspaces
Creating a Workspace
Section titled “Creating a Workspace”- Click + New Workspace in the sidebar
- Enter a name (e.g., “Engineering”, “Marketing”)
- Choose a plan (Free, Pro, or Enterprise)
- Invite team members
Projects
Section titled “Projects”Projects live inside workspaces and contain all your work items:
- Tasks (with custom statuses, fields, and views)
- Documents (rich text with real-time collaboration)
- Whiteboards (visual collaboration)
- Timelines (Gantt-style planning)
Project Settings
Section titled “Project Settings”Each project has configurable settings:

| Custom Fields | Add fields specific to this project |
| Automations | Set up rules and triggers |
Within a workspace, you can create Teams to organize members:
- Teams can be assigned to projects
- Permissions can be set at the team level
- Teams help with @mentions and notifications
